20th Pastoral Anniversary Gala – Seating Q&A
Q: Will I be able to sit with my friends, family, or group?
A: While every guest will be thoughtfully assigned to a table, we kindly ask for your understanding that group seating cannot always be guaranteed. Tables will be prioritized in the following order: first for our valued sponsors, second for reserved table purchases, and third according to the order in which individual tickets are purchased. We will do our very best to seat you near your group whenever possible.
Q: How are table assignments determined?
A: Table assignments are thoughtfully organized to ensure sponsors and reserved table holders are accommodated first. Following this, individual ticket purchasers are seated in the order tickets were purchased. Our priority is to create a welcoming and balanced experience for all guests.
Q: If I purchase an individual ticket, will I know my table before the event?
A: Yes. Table assignments for individual ticket holders will be confirmed prior to the Gala and provided at check-in. Hosts and ushers will be available to assist you upon arrival.
Q: Is there a way to guarantee that my group sits together?
A: The only way to guarantee that a group sits together is by purchasing a reserved table. This option ensures that your entire group is seated together and allows you to enjoy the evening without concern about placement.
Q: What if I purchase multiple tickets at once? Will those seats be together?
A: Guests who purchase multiple tickets in a single transaction will be seated together whenever possible. For larger groups beyond a single table, seating will be arranged as close as possible.
Q: Can I request to sit near a specific person or group?
A: You may submit seating requests with your ticket purchase. While we cannot guarantee accommodations, we will make every effort to honor your request within the seating guidelines and priorities established.
